Five amazing runners ignored the bad weather and joined me for another leaflet session for Abbey Community Centre

In the news the big story wasn't quite a birthday but the celebration of Liz reaching 100 good deeds and getting her wings - hurrah, a fantastic achievement! We also delighted in a great showing by Brent at the social but looks like we'll have to try harder to get pun of the month!

After a quick warm up we headed out via West Hampstead to deliver leaflets in the final section we hadn't reached! With a smaller group we found ourselves setting a good pace and it didn't take us long to get to the delivery zone.

With a quick map check we split into threes and then went off on our way marveling at some of the houses on the way!

As we were using up some leaflets we had stockpiled it wasn't long before we met and had all delivered our stock.

We decided upon a route home (I threw in a big hill in as we'd not had the chance to do any fitness) and before we knew it we were back at base stretching and having a well earned drink and trying some lovely NZ chocs (thanks Karen).
