After a work conference, time was short so Juno and I were marshalling slightly closer to home in Platt Fields Park for South Manchester parkrun. We were at marshal point 8 for event number 636, with the return to their original course after flooding had cleared on the route. 418 runners and walkers completed the 5 km course on a nice morning. Juno was exemplary and made a few new friends during the stint.
