Mayday Mayday - One damsel in distress. The one and only Pritesh and an awesome team of GG Brent soldiers, rolling out another successful Brent bank holiday GoodGym.

After a 6pm discovery of my lil moped Lulu, having been broken into and mashed up beyond belief, panic set in from the furthest of points.....East London!!!! How was I going to get to my Willesden warriors on time?!?!? Several emergency calls ensued, so a special thanks to Axel and Dan Fisher for keeping me just about sane. As the time ticked on, the unthinkable was nearly in sight....... The first cancellation of GG Brent ever! NOOOOOOOOOOOO.

As I waited for the police and thinking that all hope was lost to get to the session in time, who else but the LEGEND that is Pritesh, swooped into the rescue YYAAAYYYYYYYY. Having just turned up on a whim, the seasoned GG, non Westy, just happened to have arrived and was in place to lead the troops to a session of fun and delights. The universe just happened to be on my side with that wonderful twist of fate, so as I waited to sort out the Lulu dramas, my old buddy, fresh from running the London 10k no less, stepped into to deliver a fitness blast for the female crew for the night.

Just when you think you've seen all the GoodGym Good Deeds you possibly could have seen, you are blessed to receive one all for yourself!!!

See you next week....... perhaps I'll take the bus!
