2 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Richmond.

Richmond numbers were easing into the challenges but the challenge was by no means easy even if you have one of the furriest coaches watching over you (or just posing for the camera)
Here is Jenna's take on it "I completed this challenge as part of my 40 minute home workout, I did 10 full pressups , which made me feel very proud and 3 sets of 15 half press ups - feeling it today! Was great to have this as a challenge to motivate me , get me out in the sun and get a sweat on
I also had some encouragement from The Bodhi Coach"
Next week's challenge requires more leg work if you dare!
