This morning I was on Finish Tokens again, a job which I'm really enjoying!

You get to see everyone come through in vary states from very relaxed to exhausted pigeon! I'm always amazed by the amount of children that take on the adult 5k- Kudos to them. I saw fellow Goodgymmer (ad fellow sister!) Jenny on the second lap round.

It didn't seem that there were going to be many participants to start with but we ended up on a good amount of 551. Hopefully the Christmas day parkrun has spurred on a few people to take part. We had 75 new people to Eaton park - so welcome!

⭐️We need volunteers to keep Norwich parkrun going. We don’t expect you to anyone to volunteer every single Saturday but please step forward every now and again. Some people run 10 then volunteer 1.
