Tonight we warmly welcomed Laura for her first goodgym experience and saw Katharine sporting her black 50th T-shirt for the first time!

Manor paddock is a seniors’ housing scheme with a stunning garden lovingly cared for by Luc. Luc’s jobs for us tonight included cutting suckers off an Elm tree stump, pruning some buddleia, weeding a path, and trimming a lavender bush.

Luke was very grateful for the help and we hope to be back for another visit in spring.
