Title says it all, this one had mixed results and thus mixed emotions... first time I haven't been able to finish a task like this!

After overcoming some access issues due to a very poor intercom, the first task looked quite straighforward - put the TV together and make sure it works. However the lack of some essential components meant it became more complicated - no screws means no stable platform means no useable TV in the bedroom! The carer who came in helped search, but no screws found meant part one was aborted.

Luckily part 2 turned out to be more achievable. Ms V has a new phone, a wireless one with a little docking station, which needed to be plugged into both the phone cable bit as into a socket for power. This was accomplished by guiding some cables behind a seat and table legs, ending up with the phone right next to her chair! After a little charging and setting the date & time, a little test to see the phone working and voila, at least something done!

Remaining puzzle is now how to get hold of the right screws and finish the TV.
