On a lovely muggy Saturday evening, one goodgymmer (me) decided to go help a lovely community centre clean up after it's summer party. It just so happens that the Centre has been started by a friend I made randomly during a gymnastics class. I gladly stuck in to help them clear out a fridge left on the street and then to do some mopping and hoovering whilst the rest of team finished up around me. They had done a massive amount to clear up so I had only a few things to do whilst we had a chat about what the centre did and their plans for a cafe in London where they sold affordable coffee and people didn't have to wait in line. If the coffee is as good as the centre is, then we are in for a massive treat when it opens!
