6 Ran to Ilford CVS to help move mountains (of files)

An unseasonally warm evening saw 6 of us run to Ilford CVS to help them repack their store room after the team moved everything out of there last week. The CVS crew have been busy sorting and ordering, and throwing out the rubbish so we could put everything that was reusable back into store, alongside the essential tea and coffee supplies!

Newbies Kaylee and Marco were brilliant, both on the run and during the task where they took their cues from Beth, Peter and Alice (who was sporting her 100 good deeds tee!)

We began with a quick stairs vs lift challenge (which we shall call a draw), and a sip of water before we began moving files, paper and cleaning supplies back into the storage room. an epic effort ment we were finished in no time but we still had time to refuse chocolate before we headed back to base. At 4.2k each way this was an epic effort for some, but all made it back safely for a stretch and a chat on future adventures.

James is back from another epic challenge next week, so to see if he can still walk and run sign up here!

There is also a litter picking session on the green on Saturday!
