11 ran to help the ideas hub move out of Threadneedle house

After a brief pause to locate our host we set off to Threadneedle house to see what we had in store. Some chairs and assorted furniture was already in the lobby and we carried them back to the ideas hub and returned for a second load.

We moved computer screens and large partitions, boxes of stands and some assorted bits and bobs. once we filled the car the second time with a quick game of how many boxes can we fit in, we were done and set off on our run.

As strava had set a mile challenge for June and this was our last June session, we jogged to the park and did a warm up, then lined up for the mile challenge. Everyone pushed the pace and set great times for the mile with Richard first in quickly followed by Gerry.

After a brief recovery we set off at an easier pace back to the hub for a stretch and news of next week where we will be painting at a children's play area.

Don't forget we need more of you to get your doc's checked so we can get loads of missions done!
