Madhan reached Ms.D's house and rang the bell. After getting no response, he made a phone call and Ms.D opened the door and showed the garden.

Instructions were simple. Just remove the weeds, tools are there. I also noticed a lawn mower and it was my debut with a lawn mower.

So lawn mower is like hoovering but for grass - Madhan

The mowing was almost completed. I started bagging the grass and picked out weeds that were not cut by the mower. Ms.D gave me a bottle of water and asked me to weed the corners where the mower couldn't reach.

After raking the lawn and bagging the grass I started pulling out the weeds and grass grown near the fence. I sat on the lawn as bending down doesn't seem like a good idea for my back.

I then slowly started picking out the weeds growing between the tiles. There were some spiky ones, so used a pruner to cut them out.

Used a brush to sweep the weeds and collected them in the bin bag. Ms.D asked me whether I could start weeding the other side of the lawn where there are brambles and unwanted plants. The pruner came in handy and took out the brambles and bagged them down as well.

Ms.D asked me to put the lawn mower in the shed as it might rain in the evening. I put the tools back.

Ms.D asked whether I can do the front garden now. I realized it might take more time and suggested that it can be done another time. I then took out the bin bag and dumped it in the black bin and left for the day
