I was meant to visit Ms. D yesterday, but she was feeling poorly, so we postponed it to today. She needed help with sending an email to her storage provider as they have been sending letters about an outstanding balance. She wanted me to let them know that she doesn't have an email address nor a mobile phone number, so they need to call her house number to sort out the bill. She can't go out to the post office to send a cheque, so I helped her with drafting an email and sending it via my personal email address.

Afterwards, I went to Sainsbury's to get her essentials as she has a delivery due for Friday. We chatted about my unfortunate news of my grandfather passing away, which made her emotional, but we kept the conversation cheery after that.

I will possibly see Ms. D on Friday if her delivery doesn't come.
