1 Goodgymer helped LWS Night Shelter with sorting donations.

Today was a bit of a mopping up session, with lots of smaller piles of donations to sort that had been put to one side whilst we tackled the larger stocked items. However, this could be put off no more(!) so it was time to tackle the various tins of pasta.

Beef ravioli, spaghetti hoops (with and without sausages) and spaghetti bolognaise were the first few crates to be dated up and ordered into reverse date order.

A few crates of coffee were discovered underneath some hot chocolate (doh!) so these were dated up and slotted into the correct crates of coffee that were sorted during our previous visit. The rest of the hot chocolate was also dated and sorted as well as the baked beans.

Looking forward to biscuits and pot noodles next time (sorting them that is, not eating them)!
