This morning I cycled to Windsor to see Mrs D, as usual at the weekend. Mrs D is still suffering with a sore throat, but we managed a conversation even so. She was interested in my new bicycle, I promised I'd take a photo and show her next time. I've taken now the photo ready for the next visit. And now I have a story to tell her as I have found my bike with a flat tire, as I was leaving her... Just waiting to be rescued. Also, I had another incident the other week, when the back tire came off, just as I was getting ready to get back on it. I didn't know how to put it back, so that was another rescue mission for my husband! Ouch... not a great start with my new bike.
