Back for the new year and on the front desk/till for today's lunch service. With the weather being so cold outside many of the guests wanted to eat in - completely understandable! A record of lunches (record for the days I've volunteered at least, there are often other days with many more) were served. It was lovely to see so many familiar faces and remember quite a few names.

Ace of Clubs provides support for homeless and vulnerable people in the Clapham area. Volunteers are allocated a range of tasks, from making tea/coffee and handing out groceries to manning the desk and filing the post.
