"Nice and Shepard's Bushy"
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Westminster.
- Saturday, 15th of July 2017
This was such a great mission! Andy and I were met at the door by the lovely Ms E who had all the ideas for what we had to do but frustratingly for her, due to her health she could not join in .
She was an excellent project manager though and within a second she had Andy up some steps and chopping down Ivy.
The overall aim was to get rid of an invasion of Ivy from over the back wall and to make everything "nice and bushy" by pruning back all the roses in the front and back garden and giving her plants a water.
Making it slightly surreal was that this took place in the shadow of a giant orange tree and under the watchful eye of two curious cats.
We were tools down after an hour, just beating the rain and Ms E was really happy with the work. Mission complete!
