I called Ms F before the mission to find out what she need from the shop. When I called her she was about to make her shopping list. She asked me to wait for a little longer and call her back or I can just pick up from her at her flat. So I decided to walk up to her. Wow! She lives on the top floor. She said to use the lift but I felt the space in the lift is too tiny, claustrophobic. We had a kickstart before my shopping journey then we talked on the phoned when I was in the shop to make sure what she need exactly. In the end I walked up three times. Finally because I swapped the beans in the store she prefer to cook with. She really liked the way the shopping was done for her.
