Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Report written by David Ewens
Today had been a very productive and FRUITFUL mission. After I arrived to be greeted by the lovely Rianna who apparently went pass me on the bus whilst I ran the 12k from the borough of Lambeth, it's was instantly clear that we were definitely the pick of the BUNCH for this mission.
We were greeted by Mrs M's granddaughter who presented us with the task in the back garden. It was definitely due a tidy up and trim back of major proportions so the time was RIPE for this to happen. Rianna was in charge of tidying up which turned out to be more of a kitchen treasure hunt. She found under all the leaves, branches and dirt a chopping board, a cooks knives, fire extinguisher, kitchen pots, pans plus more.
Whilst I was in charge with the task of the major trimming operation. It turns out to be dead vine branches that have climbed up and round the house and even long the washing line, I even came across a couple of grapes that had been growing up on the wall of the house. An impressive natural invasive display indeed.
So with our plan it PLANTED a SEED of hope and it showed after two hours of hard work that we had made an major difference and JUICED in time too as the weather seemed to turn and our fingers were becoming cold.
So at the end it was mission accomplished and Mrs M's granddaughter Mini Miss M said thanks a BUNCH and were on our separate ways.
P.S I’ve gone to GRAPE length to compile these puns (last one I promise) so enjoy people 🍇🍇🍇
