Due to her disability, Ms S needed some help sorting out a lot of boxes and their contents which she had bought on line a while ago. They were dominating her hall and front room. We treated it like unwrapping Christmas presents and divided it up into four trees of presents. I filled a wheelie bin with broken up cardboard and took it up the steps to the road. Ms S will have to do some sorting out to rehome the contents though. She is clearly struggling in her home and I sign posted to other services that might be able to help her. She was incredibly grateful for the help.
