4 GoodGymers headed to the Thornton Heath Community Garden to help their regular volunteers give the community garden some much needed TLC ❤️

It’s a huge space with lots of potential, and we helped level out some space for new compost bins, shifting compost, weeding and helping out with the litter problem. It’s a well used and loved area of the recreation ground, but sadly not everyone takes good care and takes their trash home! ♻️🌿🪓

Definitely an active mission that got us all working up a sweat, and the area definitely saw an improvement after our hour and a half’s hard work. The place looked tidier and clearer, we even found some wild strawberries and some raspberries too 🍒🍇🍎

They have lots more jobs they would like for us to do in the future, next up will be planting some bulbs for the spring 🌷🌹💐 in a few weeks!
