In my cycle ride in the rain to Camden today I did a shopping mission for Mrs M and was greeted by another fellow GoodGymer (forgive me I forgot his name🤦🏼‍♀️) who had just done a prescription pick up for the very same beneficiary. The shop of choice this time round was Tesco's where I got a mixture of things from lots of veg to pitta bread to eggs and dairy free milk. Unfortunately I couldn't get hold of any dairy free cream cheese as requested. I returned with the shopping fairly swiftly and with my next mission cancelled I made my way back home to dry myself off.
