No Task But We Were Climbing Ladders
10 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help their local community in Ipswich.

Celebrations this week for those that ran the local Saxon 5 mile race on Sunday and for Tom who achieved his first ever age group first place at parkrun on Saturday (all inspired by Eluid Kipchoge no doubt!) A high five for Nick too who ran the Tiptree 10 mile race.
We were also surprised to find our usually quiet meeting point in the University of Suffolk packed with students for a graduation ceremony and a last minute task cancellation this evening due to circumstances beyond our control left us without a job to do.
However that left lots of time for a 5k run incorporating a staggered interval session - every cloud! ....and there were some ominous looking clouds around. Fortunately the really heaviest rain held off until we had finished -there seems to have been a run of rainy Monday evenings recently.
So after a warm up we set off up Bishops Hill - everyone loved that! We took a loop ending up back on the waterfront for the first round of block intervals, before moving on to a new location for a seconding helping of up/down ladder intervals.
Great work by everyone and such fun!
Apologies the running photos tonight are blurred - you were all running to fast to photo!
