Possibly the last shopping task for Mr M, as restrictions begin to lift and he has had his second vaccination...but mainly because I will be out if action for about six weeks, from tomorrow.

I managed to do an early trip to Asda today, and fit in a physio appointment before dropping off the essentials.

Mr M is hoping that his eye surgery will go ahead on Thursday, my leg procedure is booked for Sunday, so we swapped medical stories 🤣 Mr M had a pre-op covid test yesterday and I go for mine on Friday...we are keeping our fingers crossed that all goes to plan, and that we will each be able to resume normal activities very soon.

I have been shopping twice a week for Mr M for about 8 months, so it was sad to think that today would be the last time. I must have bought and delivered about 70 roast chickens to him during that period...Tuesday and Saturday mornings will never be the same again...

Hopefully we will meet again...probably in the cooked meat section in Asda 😉
