Ms.P welcomed me and told me I had to move zig-zag around the house as she moved into the house recently. She is visually impaired and couldn't see well and wants to set up her TV.

It was a 10-year-old model and 3 other persons tried and failed before me. She couldn't talk to Argo's customer care as she couldn't do it on her own. I tried turning it on and found that the remote was missing. She lost it on the move. Figuring out how to navigate the settings using the manual button took me some time. After 10 minutes I called Argos customer care and explained the problem.

They asked me to go to a specific setting to tune the TV. However, I couldn't select the option as it can only be performed using a remote. They suggested buying an "all in one" remote/specific remote and call them later. Ms.P asked me to write down the make and model no and asked me how much would it cost. I Googled and told her that the all-in-one remote was cheaper than the specific brand's one.

Ms.P was planning to buy them later this week and would ask the referrer to set up a new task if possible.

Thank you so much for your assistance with this task. Ms P did not tell me that the remote was missing! I will wait and see if she manages as she does pop into the office if she needs help. many thanks. Christine
