Ms A wanted some help understanding her mobile phone, an older nokia model. She couldn’t work out who some of the numbers in her contact list were, so I helped her to change the names (with aid of google) so they made more sense. I also helped to explain what the ‘signal’ bar meant, and how in order to text a ‘2’ you have the hit the 2 button four times in succession.
