There was just one thing we had to achieve today....weedy William had to be pulled.

Last week Sara took a liking to William. He was tall(ish) with skinny, spikey legs and twiglet type of arms. Some might say he was a bush but Sara definetly thought he was a weed.

William lived in a dry place and had a deep rooted connection to the church. This only made the pulling challenge even more desirable!

It took three of us in the end to see the end of weedy William. Emily watered him down, Sara laid the ground work and I twisted him out!

However, it was Sara's back breaking efforts that finally resulted in #VictoryforWilliam!

Emily gets her century

So Emily hit her 100th good deed this week. Such an amazing achievement!

Emily has been fundamental is the growth of Slough GG. Not only was she one of our first taskforce members, she has found us so many task leads. She LOVES Goodgym! not as much as cats but I think we come a close second!

Emily has represented us at Shindig, helped us celebrate at the 10 year birthday celebrations, planned our nights out, booked in our quizzes, she's our story queen on insta and our tweet enaber on twitter! We might loose her to Ealing every now and then but we her heart will always have a special place for #TeamGGSlough ❤

Congratulations Emily!

Next week we will be doing an indoor painting task.... so you budding Micheal Angelo's please sign up.
