We might not have been for a run as a group on Monday nights for a few weeks but 10 GoodGym Redbridge legends connected online for a fast and furious HIIT (high intensity interval training) session to kick the week off and keep the calories off!
The team has gone through a heart-rate busting 20 exercises in 20 minutes that included bear crawls, plank extensions, shuffling squats and of course burpees! Lucky Sharon has left the burpees for next week whilst Peter joined the fun on the sofa as he’s been busy working all day and 20 minutes of Julia’s ‘routine’ was just too much 😊. It was too much for Julia as well! Sarah-Jane showed planks who’s the boss, Dharmesh nailed press-ups, Kristian squatted like there’s no tomorrow, James has turned into a Jumping Jack, Stefi lunged like a superwoman, Jenny shuffled those squats like a legend, whilst Linda showed all the bears how to properly crawl!
Well done team, was great to ‘see’ everyone!
