Juli and Sheila went to help 93 year old Ms D who needed help with filling in a claims form for Attendance Allowance for her carers. She was a lovely lady, and a little bit deaf, but was very good -natured with all the questions we were having to ask her, some of them very personal! There were pages and pages of questions, but we finally got through them all. She was very grateful for the help, and we were glad to have been able to help such a lovely lady
