The trip from Royal Docks to drop off medication with Miss S involves venturing into what's known (possibly only by me) as East Ham's literary quarter - Shakespeare and Hathaway Crescents, Ruskin, Shelley and Byron Avenues... The church pictured seems to have taken note of "I love not man the less, but Nature more".
