Mr and Mrs R needed some help moving a double bed and sofa out into their garden for collection. Mrs R is caring for her husband who sadly has Parkinsons and was very grateful to have some extra pairs of hands for the furniture relocation. She'd already done a sterling job of single-handedly moving the double mattress and half the divan base downstairs before our arrival. So all that was left for Victoria and I to do was move the other half of the bed, the headboard and sofa out into the yard.

Job done and a quick chat with Mrs R before running and cycling home to our day jobs.
