All hopes of an indoor task disappeared is a genie's puff of smoke when task beneficiary Hugh remembered that Yoga was on in the main hall and we're not very good at using our "indoor voices".
So outdoors it was after a run from Queen Square avoiding the multiple (OK, its only two but it seems like more) closed bridges of Bristol.
Sweeping up loads of leaves we came up with the idea of replacing the trees with either evergreens or something structural which could be painted, but we love the trees really!
We were soon on our way back knowing our November GoodGym Eats was waiting for us at Las Iguanas where some others needed a bit of practice on their indoor voices, too
