A lovely group of 5 made it out for the first group run/walk of the year to help litter pick around the Spon End area. We started a the Spon End subway, continuing past Spon Gate subway and ending near the Sky Blue Tavern. Luckily the wind and rain held off for us and we managed to fill approx 2 bin bags full of rubbish, maybe a bit more as we had to decant some into bins along the way as they were getting a bit heavy.

It was nice to be back out, getting some fresh air and doing good after couple of weeks off. It was great to welcome some new faces, Anna and Matthew - it was lovely to meet you.
