Amanda and Sheila went to help sort clothes which will be offered to newly -arrived refugees at a 'shopping' session tomorrow. At the start of the session, donations were arriving by the car-load, which were all piled up in the hall. How to create order out of chao? We were just two amongst a huge number of volunteers, and everyone set to work taking the items out of the bags and sorting clothes into gender and age groups, and making sure they were in good condition. Gradually, things began to take shape, and 3 hours later, all the clothes were neatly piled up on tables or hanging on rails, with spares in boxes underneath ready to replenish the tables for later customers. So it's over to the GoodGym team who will be manning the 'shop' tomorrow.......
