Before joining 40+ runners to orienteer the streets of Cardiff with South Wales Orienteering Club (SWOC), nine goodgym-ers met to collect trash on the streets of Llandaff North and Whitchurch.

This week's litter picks have been arranged in partnership with Love Where You Live Cardiff.

Six bags of litter later and the main routes through the area were looking spotless. It served as a great warmup to the orienteering and gave us a head start scouting out the streets before the run started.
