After a small mishap with the locker situation the 6 of us headed a longer way to Crouch End to tackle various hills.
To spice things up went from sprint, to endurance and back to sprint. Chiefly focusing on techniques.
Everyone did amazingly, first tackling 3 hill sprints, then 2 long endurance hills and then back to 3 hill sprints. We had a bit a of a recovery between each set but really pushed ourselves overall.
Well done everyone!
Next week is on hold for the moment as I'll confirm the meeting point is the same.
