Three GoodGymer's ran to see Richard early on a Saturday to help him with some packing. Extra kudos to Sarah who turned up after helping an elderly man called Eric in Camden with his new remote on a mission earlier that morning.

Richard got us to work straight away, bubble wrapping, packing away and covering up his beloved books, CDs and DVDs in preparation for redecorating his flat. In no time at all the shelves were cleared and a healthy pile of boxes were by the door ready for the storage company to pick up next week.

Richard was proper chuffed with the help, which he really wouldn't have been able to do without us. Another job well done. Thanks everyone!
