We were eight runners on a Roll tonight at Goodgym Bath for our 3k and one hill route to one of our favourite places, Manvers Baptist church a real hub for community groups to get a base coat on the Widcombe room but IT'LL BE ALL WHITE ON THE NIGHT .. Thanks Joe

A warm welcome tonight to Natasha joining us for her first Goodgym run and with Joe and Ed modelling their new lovely red Tshirts (shame they got splattered with paint) it was time for a debrief and intro to the group during a quick warm up and John kindly back marking this evening.

We took a slightly shorter route tonight with a wee hill wanting to ensure we could get the room covered with the base coat and not leave our host PETE IN A PICKLE.

Arriving in good time and our host being well and truly ready, we soon got started whitewashing the walls and with Ed being voted in as THE TALL MAN, he obviously tackled all the hard to reach places whilst Lucy and Helen took on the challenge of cutting in and with great chit chat and John's rendition of RAW HIDE with GOODGYM KEEP ROLLING ALONG, wishing I had taken a video now but as Pascale said you've gotta be there to get it. Brilliant John! You did a fantastic job and got us all singing along with you, so think cowboys and your on the right track.

We soon had the task licked even though we all had a light splattering of emulsion. Time to wash up before taking an IWatch selfie #nofilterneeded before hot footing back to base for a stretch out and chat about fitting Raw hide in our pun box, sorry John I had to edit but we will keep ROLLING ALONG .

All in all a great evening doing great stuff in our community, you guys are a real inspiration and a joy to around .
