This was a return visit to Mrs E, who has deteriorating eyesight and needs help sorting and filing her paperwork. We sorted through the paperwork together, and while I filed it away in the filing cabinet, Mrs E set to work shredding the remainder. With no family to help her, she is very grateful for the help and an opportunity for a chat.
