Laura and Lil visited a new location for some goodgym action today.
It was the perfect weather for some gentle gardening and for getting to know this active and friendly group of committed residents who look after this real gem of a park. As it was so hot, we stuck to the shade and helped cut back overgrown shrubs and undergrowth so that the park was tidy and safe for visitors. In just a couple of hours, the path was tackled and we shared what goodgym is all about to interested members of the group, and they told us all about the history of the park and exciting future developments.

We look forward to visiting this beautiful park again in the future.
