RED January continues

Massive respect to my team who are continuing to turn out in the January gloom to support both GoodGym Worthing and parkrun worthing on our RED journey.

With myself together with John and Belinda up at the Running show in Birmingham it was left to Duncan, Daisy and Anne to fly the (virtual flag)

Thanks to all 3 we notched up another 3 good deeds.
