After my double header near Bloomsbury, I cycled half an hour to my next task: Mr M was in need of some technical assistance.

On arrival, I found Mr M stood outside. At his suggestion, we wondered halfway down the road and carried out the task leaning on some railings outside a closed community building.

On hearing his issue, and seeing it demonstrated, I realised that his login to update his apps wasn't not working, but he needed a separate login for his make of phone.

We went through how best to manage this - given his aversion to setting up more sets of login credentials, I showed him how to login through Google. This would mean he could remember one set of credentials, and save himself some hassle in future.

We had a bit more of a chat, then headed off. Mission accomplished!
