I guess after a record breaking day yesterday, it was no more than logical that today didn't quite go as smoothly...

From modern technology letting us down on the form/sheet front to all sorts of little hiccups & delays, it took quite a bit longer to get through the list, let alone take on an additional one!

But it all got done, including a few bonus ones helping out a struggling colleague.
