Ealing Abbey is welcoming back their congregation and are now offering additional Sunday mass services and so require volunteers to assist sanitising the church to ensure a safe and quick turnaround between services.

Three GoodGym runners, Liv, Bryon and Michelle met on the impressive Abbey steps, donned masks and gloves and followed the one-way system round the Abbey to pick up sanitiser sprays.

We rounded off the task of sanitising the many pews under the beautiful Abbey arches in good time and we soon found we had completed the full round of the oneway circuit returning to the steps in the Bank Holiday sunshine.
