At the witching hour (9:30 a.m. in Ireland), we were marshalling at the wonderful Heritage Park junior parkrun at the fascinating Irish National Heritage Park in Wexford. We're here for the Wexford Opera Festival which has a magical theme this year, so Tracey the witch and Gwyn the Phantom were appropriate to the occasion. We had a fabulous welcome and great support from the other volunteers, and saw lots of smiling faces and scary costumes. There was enough blood to please Dracula, but no first aid was needed.
We'd love to see anyone who'd like to share the heartwarming junior parkrun experience at Markeaton junior parkrun. Please join us!
