A bright but very chilly start to the day as I cycled to Asda for Mr M's essential shop.

Usually I can pick up a bargain in the apple pie department, but not today...£1.90 for 6 Bramley Apple Pies...🤔

Long queues and busy aisles, however, a relatively short whizz around and a quick ride back to see Mr M.

He was feeling quite positive, and is hoping that his 'exit' date of 31st March will still stand when the time comes. He has his second vaccination in April and is looking forward to being able to pop out to the shops himself.

It is difficult to know, and probably impossible to measure, the impact of almost a year of self isolation on individuals.

Hopefully, any negative impact has been lessened slightly by our weekly chats and face to face time whilst handing over the shopping bags 😁
