5 Goodgymers got back into the swing of exercise after Christmas with an online Pilates session.
We had a mixed group, with some people having done quite a bit of Pilates in the past, whilst others were relatively new to this form of exercise.
The class was focused on the strength and flexibility needed to help improve our running, with everyone recognising that their glutes have been neglected over the Christmas period with all that sitting down!
We finished with a nice stretch - fingers crossed we don't ache too much tomorrow!
Lovely to meet Julia and Emma who joined us from Redbridge and Tower Hamlets respectively - one of the benefits of online sessions :-)

The Christmas Tree festival is a magical event that is taking place Thurs 28th Nov-Sun 8th Dec, at St Mary's Church, Warwick. During this time, the church comes alive with 70 sparkly decorated Christmas trees, bringing much festive joy to the community.
