After a day of rain yesterday, overnight was dry but frosty. On arrival it was crisp walking to collect my hi viz. Susanna arrived on her bike feeling the cold as well. Robert (&family), Rachel and Bobby flew the running flag for Goodgym today, part of the 214 people attending. Most flew through the finish and quickly made their way home to warm up.
