An ABS-solutely hard-CORE strengthening challenge was set for the month of November to help motivate each other during the lockdown.  The  challenge was to do a plank variation every day whilst gradually building up the time with aim of holding a plank for up to 3 mins on the 30th day! 6 goodgymmers unwittingly signed themselves up for the challenge and CORE BLIMEY didn't they do well! Although two of them did suspciuosly and quietly leave half way through....ahem mentioning no names!  The plank variations included superman, walking plank, toe tap plank, rotating plank and bunny hopping plank (Charlene's speciality plank!).  Everyone did so well putting in ABS-olute effort..and noticing an improvement in strength and stamina! The grand finale included planking for the duration of Moby's Flower Song (sally up/ sally down) and a plank hold for a whole 4.5 minutes!! PLANKS everyone for taking part!
