A lovely evening to get of the house for some goodgym goodness!

How it Started: Linda and James got to the station early and quickly started filling up the watering cans, whilst Julia arrived and thought she was 'first on scene' and began picking out litter (only one planter had litter thankfully) and deadheading begonias so that they continue producing blooms.

We managed to fill all reservoirs even if it was just 3 of us and we enjoyed water-filling chat breaks in mens' toilet... That's how we roll here!:)

Seeing double... We were glad that Linda-twin visited our photo taking session:)

Litter picking in the dark Once we were done with watering we went for a leisurely litter pick to Hainault grounds - we noticed that the bi-annual clearup and cut-up of hedges was recently done so not as much litter around there, however, it looked like the good old littering public did their best to litter one particular area and we had no trouble filling the bag and then dropping it off at the park's bin.

It was great to get out on Monday evening - never easy but always rewarding! Until next week!

This is a resident and station led project to create a place that is lovely for locals to walk through with planters full of flowers and everygreens.
