This was a lovely task to help Ms K to tidy up her garden on a sunny Saturday morning. When we arrived at the house, we received a warm welcome from her granddaughter whilst she was explaining the task. Ms K was keen to grow her own vegetables again but also to get more active by doing so. We walked to the back of the house and soon realised that this was not going to be an easy task, but we were determined to complete the task. Bryon started de-weeding the right-hand side of the garden, whilst Lieke started on the left. Together we worked towards the back of the garden and stayed a little bit longer to clean all the garden waste.

We sincerely hope that Ms K will enjoy her garden again, just in time for summer!
